The church's fundamental belief number 20 says that 'the Sabbath should be observed on the seventh day of the week, i.e.from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. A2. The 10 commandments found in Exodus 20:8 tell us to 'Remember the Sabbath day and keep it holy.' A3. God created the world in six days and rested on the seventh. He blessed the Sabbath and asked we honour and worship Him on that day.
